Miele is a high-end German lifestyle enrichment brand that manufactures dishwashers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances. Since being established more than 110 years ago, Miele has remained true to its 'Immer Besser' brand promise, meaning they will do all that they can to be 'forever better' than their competitors and 'forever better' than they already are.

Candlewick first supported Miele’s new showroom opening event to commemorate its 20th anniversary in Japan. Following this, Candlewick was engaged on a retainer basis to develop and execute PR activities and delivery its key messages as Miele moved from a ‘premium German appliance brand’ to a ‘lifestyle enrichment brand.’ Candlewick planned and executed ten experiential type press events annually based around Miele’s product range. In addition, we managed press office functions for Miele, including arrangement of interviews, tours of the showroom and approaching influencers to reach key audiences.
