Experience France with the wines of France
FranceAgriMer, established by the French Agriculture Ministry to promote various agricultural sectors, has been running a 3-year campaign in Japan and China from spring 2012. The name of the campaign is ‘Experience France with the wines of France.’
Along with introducing the appeal, Candlewick has been tasked with shifting the image of French wine in Japan, which is often considered expensive and boring. Our PR and marketing activities include introducing unique wines from 12 different regions of France together with local culture and food. In order to reach a range of stakeholders, including consumers, journalists and wine-related vendors; we have conducted a variety of tasting events, in-store events, cooking schools, and press tours. In addition, we oversee social media activities via its official Facebook page in Japanese.
