Connecting all PR activities to Digital and SNS
New Caledonia Tourism promotes the charms of New Caledonia such as the breathtakingly beautiful World-Heritage lagoon, rich and abundant nature, and French food culture to Trade, Press, and Consumers with the aim of increasing the number of Japanese tourists.
Candlewick supported the overall communication to press and consumers. We renewed the old-fashioned image of New Caledonia, and carried out press conferences and various consumer events. In particular, we focused on creating trends and developing contents about New Caledonia on a digital platform. We worked on the production of the high-quality official short movie in collaboration with the National Geographic Channel, creating buzz on SNS utilizing the PR ambassadors, by opening an official Japanese Instagram account, as well as Hashtag campaigns integrated with consumer events, and approaching influential Instagrammers to visit the destination.
