Today, we’d like to introduce our cake recommendations for this summer, from Janu Patisserie!
Janu Patisserie’s signature cake “Taruni,” which changes flavours with the seasons, means “rose” in Sanskrit🌹
Until August 31st, a limited-edition summer “Tarni” will be available.
The rose on top is hand-piped with passion fruit and mango cream. Inside, it contains pineapple compote, mango mousse, and coconut white chocolate mousse, and is coated with chopped pistachios and white chocolate.
This tropical fruit-filled cake is perfect for summer and is sure to be a hit as a gift!✨
We also recommend the seasonal fruit tart, generously topped with fresh muscat grapes💚

In celebration of 13 years since JAZZ™︎ apples came to Japan, today we would like to share our JAZZ™︎ apple candy recipe that you can make with your family and friends during your summer vacation👩🍳
JAZZ™︎ apple candy (Makes 3 pieces)
JAZZ™︎ apples … 3 apples
Sugar …250g
Water …80ml
(Preparation) Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
1.Remove the stems of the apples, wash your apples and wipe them dry thoroughly. Stick wooden chopsticks (or other wooden sticks) into the apples from the stem side.
2. Put sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat (never stir), tilting the pot occasionally, until it turns a light color (about 10 minutes).
3. Turn off the heat, tilt the pan to coat the apples, place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let cool until firm.

♦︎ Do not mix the sugar and water. (Because mixing them will cause them to crystallize.)
