Happy New Year!
In this first post of the New Year, let’s share with you what our youngest employees are looking forward to this year, as is our annual tradition.
Let’s start with Sae.
“My goal is to broaden my perspective. What is needed by the market of the account I am in charge of? What objectives should we set to achieve this? There are endless things to think about when doing PR work on a daily basis. I would like to continue to grow this year by listening to the opinions of those around me and absorbing as much of the world’s trends as possible.
In my personal life, I would like to pay attention to eating habits that are good for the body and the environment in order to enrich my knowledge in the area of “food,” which I am often put in charge of.”
Next is Erina!
“My goal for this year is to actively and smoothly communicate with the media and clients.
Since last year, I have been dealing directly with clients more and more, and I have to make decisions and respond to them on my own. I will do my best to make appropriate and speedy proposals while considering priorities.
I will do my best to make the most of each experience I have with my work.”
Last is Haruna!
“My goal for this year is to be more thorough in managing my schedule. Although this is a normal thing to do as a working professional, my outlook is still limited, and last year was one in which I realized just how much growing I have yet to do. Experiencing several offline events and working in PR in fields I had not been involved in before, last year I felt a sense of fulfillment, but at the same time I felt quite hectic! Seeing my colleagues handling even larger workloads, made me realize once again the importance of scheduling work further into the future.
By managing my schedule well, perhaps I will be able to work with a little extra time on my hands!”
