At the end of October 2023, “Monaco Travel in Osaka 2023”, the first real event in 4 years, was held in Osaka at the Hotel W Osaka! A total of 80 people from the travel industry and media were invited to learn about the latest information on Monaco and the new global campaign , as well as to announce next year’s cafe collaboration.

The program included a greeting by Didier Gamerdinger, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Principality of Monaco during his visit to Japan, and a talk show by special guest Florent Dabadie, who gave an easy-to-understand explanation of Monaco’s appeal from a sustainable perspective, titled “A futuristic city that values nature and the power of coexistence”.

At the venue, guests enjoyed traditional Monaco cuisine Barbajuanya and Monaco organic liqueur cocktails.

W Osaka announces “Like Nowhere Else MONACO Café & Bar” to be held from January 10 to February 14, 2024, at MixUP, a café in W Osaka. Under the theme of , the café will offer an original menu inspired by Monaco’s iconic places, things, and people, as well as photo spots where visitors can enjoy iconic scenes of Monaco and enjoy the atmosphere of Monaco throughout the café. The lucky draw featured prizes such as a luxury hotel stay in Monaco and an autographed uniform of Takumi Minamino, a member of the AS Monaco team and a member of Japan’s national soccer team, who has been very successful, winning the Ligue 1 MVP award in August!

The Osaka-Kansai Expo will be held in 2025. Monaco is preparing to exhibit in a pavilion, which will showcase the country’s constant pursuit of innovation while respecting tradition. The event was well received by the media and travel industry.
