Today, we’d like to share two client events organized by Candlewick for EXPO 2025 OSAKA, KANSAI JAPAN ✨

First, an event of the Welsh Government.

This time, as part of the Welsh Government’s “Year of Wales and Japan 2025” initiative with Candlewick supporting PR, we proudly hosted Wales Day at Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai!

From traditional music and dance to delicious Welsh cuisine — and even special Eki stamps designed by illustrator Jonathan Edwards — the day was filled with the very best of what Wales has to offer. ✨

Croeso! In Welsh, this word means “Welcome” — and within it lies the warm spirit of hospitality that Wales is known for. On Wales Day, we welcomed everyone with the same heartfelt care and thoughtfulness that resonates with Japan’s own spirit of omotenashi 🤝✨

Next, an event of Finnair.

Candlewick leads the PR for Finnair in Japan, and last month they held a “Finnair Day” in the Nordic Pavilion at Osaka Expo 2025 ✨✈️

On this day, we conducted a presentation introducing the many charms of Finnair and held a Q&A session for Kansai-based media.

After the presentation, we served Finnair’s signature “Blueberry Juice”, available only onboard Finnair flights and in Finland. It was served in stunning Iittala glasses🍷

It gave the guests a brief taste of Finnair’s hospitality.

We also held a quiz about Finnair and Helsinki, and a presentation introducing the city’s attractions, further deepening the connection between Finnair and the travel industry 🤝✨
