Candlewick is proud to support the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) for PR activities in Japan. From November 6 (Thu) to November 9 (Sun), 2025, TGA held the special exhibition “Taş Tepeler – The Land of Great Transformation” at the Tokyo National Museum, with the aim of introducing Türkiye’s prehistoric heritage to Japanese audiences and raising awareness of the country as a compelling travel destination.

The exhibition and accompanying symposium showcased Taş Tepeler, a group of prehistoric sites dating back approximately 12,000 years, including the world-renowned Göbekli Tepe. As a form of “living archaeology,” these sites continue to yield new discoveries, capturing strong interest from visitors and the media alike.

Through media and influencer outreach, Candlewick helped amplify the historical and cultural significance of Taş Tepeler, contributing to greater public understanding and appreciation of Türkiye’s rich cultural heritage. The exhibition served as a meaningful opportunity to deepen interest in Turkish history, culture, and academic research.

Where history, culture, and scholarship intersect—Taş Tepeler. We hope this journey into Türkiye’s deep past inspires further travel, learning, and discovery.
