Following this week’s Emergency Declaration by the Japanese government, we have decided to extend our soft remote work from Friday, April 10 through Wednesday, May 6.

Please rest assured that we will continue to provide our services as usual during this soft remote work, which we have been implementing since March 27.

Email will remain the primary means of communication. Please email info@candlewick.co.jp if you don’t know our account executive’s email address. For landlines, we have set our answering machine. We will continue to work normal business hours so please consider communication to be the same as before.
