“Nicolas Feuillatte,” a client of ours which produces France’s most beloved Champagne, is hosting an event called “Hitosara Nicolas Feuillatte Fair ’22-’23” between 12/12(Mon)~1/13(Fri).

Upon hosting the fair, Candlwick has participated in the restaurant selection process, accompanied photoshoots, as well as prepared and carried out events for announcing the event.

A total of 8 restaurants—6 from Tokyo, 2 from Osaka—are taking part in the fair, all of which have prepared a unique pairing menu. You can enjoy dishes exclusively designed by the chefs to compliment the holiday season and, most importantly, the Nicolas Feuillatte Réserve Exclusive Brut!

We hosted an event on 12/1(Thurs) for influencers and the media. Upon doing so, we facilitated everything from selecting a venue and inviting guests, to running the festivities on the day. The program included greetings from Marion Bruimaud, the international manager of Nicolas Feuillatte, as well as introductions to the brand to familiarize the audience. Guests from the media were particularly impressed by the measures taken for sustainability. For example, Nicolas Feuillatte recycles 18 tons of corks and have lightened their bottles, thus saving 650 tons worth of glass per year. Additionally, they offer technical advisory services for grape cultivation as a means to support sustainable farming!

Following prior activities, the event proceeded to welcome Rie Matsuki, a sommelier with a WSET diploma and work experience in France, who shared tips on how to best enjoy Nicolas Feuillatte champagne as well as explained the exclusively prepared pairing menu. Ms. Matsuki won 4th place in the 2014 All Japan Sommelier Competition, and is also a judge for the Internatonal Wine Challenge.
